Established Law Firm with multiple locations and different practice areas seeks two seasoned Legal Administrative Assistants – one for their Des Moines, Iowa office and one for their Omaha, Nebraska office.

These are full time, direct hire opportunities where you will earn up to $60k per year, depending upon your experience. You will daytime hours Monday-Friday. Plus, enjoy an excellent benefits package!

Some of your responsibilities as a Legal Administrative Assistant include:

• Ensuring accuracy in all legal documents and correspondence
• Providing administrative support to attorneys
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned

To qualify, you must have three (3) plus years of experience as well as:

• 3 years of legal secretarial experience in litigation
• Strong attention to detail
• Advanced computer skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Experience and knowledge with quality assurance
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Strong organizational skills
