Health1st Home Health Services (HHHS) is seeking Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide home healthcare services to adults clients in the Philadelphia region and surrounding suburbs. Flexible hours and opportunities with better pay $28/hour and up!

LPN administers skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent hourly basis or works on a shift basis in the home of clients. Care is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse. Services are furnished in alignment with HHHS policies. LPN works collaboratively with other members of the interprofessional care team to help meet the unique healthcare needs of the individual client while contributing to optimal client outcomes.

Work as many or as few intermittent visit hours and/or full-work day shifts as you would like. We are looking for high-energy, motivated, and caring individuals with a “can-do positive disposition” to join our growing team. Full and part-time work, nights, days, weekends, and holiday hours are available.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Graduate of a state-approved school of practical nursing & currently licensed in the state of Pennsylvania
2. Minimum of one (1) year experience in nursing, preferred.
3. Acceptance of philosophy and goals of this HHHS.
4. Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following

1. Understands and adheres to established policies and procedures.
2. Implements the nursing care plan for each patient.
3. Provides nursing services, treatments, diagnostic and preventive procedures as assigned.
4. Initiates preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures as appropriate.
