We are seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated team at Health Connect America. What will I be doing:

As the Administrative Assistant, you are to provide administrative support for the Amory office for our Therapeutic Day Treatment Groups. The Administrative Assistant will help with preparing for groups, clean-up, preparing snacks and meals and transportation as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • High school education with at least 5 years work experience in an administrative support staff position.
  • Associates Degree preferred
  • Experience in health care/ behavioral health care preferred.
  • Must be skilled in computer applications and proficient in all outlook products, including Excel.
  • Excellent customer service and effective communication skills a must.
  • Must be organized with the ability to administratively organize others and be able to independently maintain an organized regional office system and maintain confidentiality at all levels.
