They will receive Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and Comprehensive Clinical Wound Care Training to help ensure optimal healing outcomes and patient satisfaction. Ideal candidates have a passion for wound care – while knowledge of wound care is preferred, previous experience is not required.

Clinical Nurse Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for patient care assessment, planning, implementation, and quality improvement
• Organize and prioritize clinical responsibilities
• Provide clinical oversight to clinical staff
• May be required to provide case management to a group of patients
• Consistently looks at current processes and procedures, and identifies and implements areas of improvement

• An Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred
• Current RN License in state of practice
• One year experience as an RN required. Two (2) or more years’ experience preferred
• Availability to work Monday – Friday standard daytime business hours

Salary for this position generally ranges between $64200 - $75000 / year. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications: education, experience, geography as well as operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.
