Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients
- Monitor and document patient's condition
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Experience in Allscripts helpful
- BLS required
