Job Summary

This position is responsible for managing staff accountable for supporting national and local accounts by preparing contracts / booklets and handling account set up.

This position is responsible for developing and maintaining procedures, systems and tools and assisting in developing strategies and implementation of projects / initiatives.

This position is accountable for direct personnel in various departments meeting / exceeding goals and measurements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years experience in marketing, customer service, business processing, health insurance administration and / or benefits administration OR 9 years of experience in marketing, customer service, business processing, health insurance administration and / or benefits administration.
• 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Knowledge of group health account state and federal regulations.
• PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office and databases.
• Problem resolution skills.
• Verbal and written communication skills to interface with staff from other departments and with client representatives.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Knowledge of dental products.
• Experience in drafting group health contracts / booklets or account set up.

This is a hybrid position (3 days in office; 2 days work from home).
