HCP Talent is currently seeking a Assistant Director of Nursing for a full-time Day shift Monday-Friday position in a Long Term Care/Rehabilitation setting ***Free Parking*** HCP Talent is Collaborating with a Skilled Nursing Facility (360 bed) in Brooklyn, NY area that is looking for an skilled and dynamic Assistant Director of Nursing to join their team. The Assistant Director of Nursing supports the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, organizing, directing and evaluating services and activities of the Nursing Department.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Creating a safe, healthy work environment that supports delivery of high-quality resident care.
- Creating a culture where highly engaged team members are able to contribute to the best in resident care and to grow professionally.
- Assuring the best resident care by supervising and directing Nursing Personnel
- Serving as a liaison for all nursing staff and nurse management
- Making decisions regarding nursing and unit problems
- Attending and supervising wound rounds weekly
- Participating in facility surveys
- Communicating effectively with staff, physicians, and resident’s families
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid RN license in New York State
- Long-term care experience (2 years required)
- Supervisory experience (3 years required)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- COVID-19 Vaccination
