Job Title: Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year, plus Health, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) benefits
Our client, a prominent nursing home facility located in Brooklyn, is actively seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join their team as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nursing professional who is ready to take on a leadership role in a thriving healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to oversee and manage the nursing staff, ensuring the highest level of patient care.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular assessments of patient care plans and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall enhancement of patient care services.
- Train and mentor nursing staff, fostering continuous learning and development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Active RN license in the state of New York.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) and long-term care (LTC) setting.
- Proven experience as a Unit Manager or Supervisor.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
