The Mechanical Engineer at HC Forklift America will be instrumental in designing and developing mechanical components and systems for our line of advanced material handling equipment. This role requires a combination of innovative engineering, in-depth industry knowledge, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive product excellence and market leadership.
- Design and optimize mechanical components and systems specifically for material handling and logistics equipment.
- Ensure technical feasibility and integration with electronic and software systems.
- Collaborate with teams across HC Forklift America to ensure seamless project execution.
- Lead prototype development, rigorous testing, and validation processes.
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation in accordance with industry and company standards.
- Effectively manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring top-notch quality and innovation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the material handling or related industry.
- Proficiency in CAD and CAE tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and team-building skills.
- Deep understanding of industry standards and material handling equipment regulations.
