This position works to build a supportive, positive, engaged and inclusive work environment by offering support to the day to day business needs within the Human Resource Department and Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation. This position has a wide scope and will be responsible for many Human Resources functions including but not limited to: employee relations and investigations, multiple types of training initiatives, new employee orientation (NEO), HR communications, organization policies and procedures, and special project work as needed.
