Job Overview

As an IT Support Specialist, you will ensure that center and support teams are fully functional by providing excellent service via onsite facilities service visits and help desk support.

Your Contributions

· Provide Windows Desktop and Application support for all end-users who work onsite and remotely

· Install, rebuild, move, remove, and dispose IT and other equipment as needed

· Conduct user and systems administration (eg: MS 365, Windows, Denticon, Digium)

· Contact service providers to address service interruptions.

· Other IT Administrative Duties (e.g. documentation, inventory and lifecycle management, etc) and duties assigned

Your Qualifications

- At least 3 years of related work experience at medium-sized companies with 100-400 employees

- Minimum High School diploma; AA degree in IT or related field is preferred

- CompTIA certifications or equivalent benchmarks of both A and Network . Security preferred but not required

- Previous experience in dental or medical is helpful

- Valid driver’s license and car

- Ability to lift 50lbs and travel inter-island on an as needed basis.

- Strong PEOPLE, verbal, and written communication skills
