Busy restaurant two locations needs office manager/payroll manager/administrator to manage various tasks, including light bookkeeping, tips distributions and record-keeping tasks. Must have bookkeeping and accounting experience and be very organized. Knowledge of basic Excel is a must. Must be able to gather and compile all information necessary to submit complete payroll to our payroll service on a weekly basis.
Must be willing to work part-time with own transportation. Flexible hours. Restaurant experience would be great, but not a necessity. Must be bi-lingual Spanish and English. Salary commensurate with experience. Great food is included as a bonus.
Duties include: Filing, on-boarding new employees, terminations, tracking and editing clock-ins and breaks, ordering products, reconciling cash receivables, assisting with scheduling staff, coordinating with bookkeepers and payroll service and restaurant managers, etc., etc.
