SUMMARY:
The Administrative Assistant (to the Dialysis Administrator) functions as a liaison for the Dialysis Administrator by keeping up with of all key issues within the dialysis system; assists the Dialysis Administrator with management functions including problem identification, planning, control, and application; participates in and/or coordinates special projects within the dialysis system; prepares and edits all administrative data for the Dialysis Administrator and the Nephrologists.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum requirements include high school diploma or equivalent; computer skills with Word and Excel experience, skilled and proficient in writing comprehensive meeting minutes, experience with office machines i.e. Fax, printers, copier, multi-line phones etc.; Excellent interpersonal skills, and telephone skills, the ability to interact with the public in professional and efficient manner; desire to accept responsibility and maintain confidentiality; willingness to comply with deadlines and to meet productivity requirements; ability to function within a medical setting and follow the instructions of medical professional.
