Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media platforms.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Meet or exceed performance goals related to customer satisfaction, response time, and quality of service.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers, demonstrating patience and understanding in challenging situations.
Continuously seek feedback from customers to improve service delivery and overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
