Essential Functions and Duties:

In support of the store manager,

• Organize, plan and implement operational strategies.
• Coordinate retail store operations and inventory control.
• Ensure employees meet schedules and objectives, leading by example.
• Train and coach employees, carrying out effective disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Provide urgent and courteous customer service.
• Provide basic bookkeeping duties to include invoicing, timecards, fuel reconciliation, deposits, credit card transactions, etc.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships; including maintenance, inventory control and lottery management.
• Troubleshoot operational issues with fuel pumps, carwashes, and other mechanical equipment.
• Maintain and enforce a safe working environment, free from safety hazards
• Order merchandise, process returns, keep inventory stocked, and ensure professional product presentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
• Possess a valid driver’s license (for off-site meetings).
