As a Construction Admin, you will be the main interface interacting with local municipalities and other authority having jurisdictions to assist in the execution and close outs of new and existing construction projects. Harvest Power is a nationally recognized leader in the solar energy industry located in Islip Terrace. We provide full-service residential and commercial solar energy project management including design, engineering, and installation of solar energy systems.

General Duties:

• Work as a part of a team in completing various permitting and utility applications, accurately and efficiently.
• Work with engineering staff/ architects to obtain relevant close out documents and stamped plans that match what was installed.
• Establish connections with local municipalities regarding new construction permit submittals as well as close outs of existing projects.
• Travel to municipalities and engineering firms to obtain necessary submittal/closeout paperwork
• Handle any related inquiries, issues, or revisions promptly and professionally, keeping all management informed of progress and outcomes.

Skills:

• Apt computer ability (Knowledge in Salesforce CRM is a plus)

Salary based on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
