Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a motivated and energetic professional to support our Tampa Office. The ideal candidate is a team player and self-starter, with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently, as well as in a team within a fast-paced environment. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and administrative assignments, is essential to this position. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Answer phones, distribute mail and organize files.
Monitor and stock office and kitchen supplies.
Schedule appointments and update calendars.
Facilitate the planning of office and professional activities.
Ability to format and edit Work, Excel, and PowerPoint presentations.
Assist with business development activities for office/staff.
Assist marketing staff with proposal production.
Support project managers with contracts, budgets, and workload projections.
Assist in onboarding of new employees.
Support smaller Sarasota office in similar activities. Periodic travel to office may be required.
Requirements
High school diploma - Associates Degree a plus.
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook. PowerPoint and Adobe a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Prior experience in a professional services firm preferred. Experience in the A/E/C industry a plus.
