Duties
· Organizing and maintaining documents and case and client information in a primarily electronic case management system.
· Maintaining case and attorney calendaring and docketing deadlines with reminders.
· Scheduling meetings, depositions, hearings, and other appointments, and working with courthouse staff.
· Maintaining and updating office procedures.
· Processing and overseeing incoming and outgoing mail.
· Billing and invoicing clients using online insurance portals.
· Maintaining office supplies and overseeing general office management.
· Performing other tasks as needed.
Requirements
· Associate degree minimum.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) and Adobe.
· Knowledge of and experience with current and emerging office technology.
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· Consistent attention to detail.
· Must be able to effectively multi-task and manage time sensitive documents in a fast-paced environment.
· Exhibit professionalism, compassion and confidentiality in the conduct of duties.
· Must be able to function effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment.
· Office administration experience (law office preferred).
