McGill Associates, P.A. is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Raleigh, NC

Requirements

As an Office Administrator, you will assist the Office Manager and other members of management to ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently by performing duties in a responsible and timely manner.

  • Responsible for day-to-day management of the office including phones, receiving visitors, mail, supplies, conference room coordination, vehicle registration and maintenance, schedules, etc.
  • Ensure housekeeping/building maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Provide clerical assistance to all office staff; may provide assistance for other offices.
  • Register employees for conferences and seminars; make travel arrangements, as needed.
  • Assist with accounting duties associated with office including entering various logs and coding A/P & Visa invoices.
  • Assist Project Managers by setting up projects from contract documents, assisting in preparation of proposals letters and professional services agreements, coordinating meetings, project filing, reports.
  • Assist in preparation of bidding documents and specifications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and three years of administrative experience managing an office preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Reader/Acrobat required.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in written correspondence.
  • Experience reading and interpreting contracts a plus.
  • Notary preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
