The Position Proposition:

• Updating the Project to Cash Administrator on status throughout the life of the project as required.
• Assist on monitoring the project’s billing status and ensure timely preparation, posting, and distribution of all project billings.
• Assist Project to Cash Administrator to Track on Purchase Orders and Change orders.
• Maintain network projects files and ensure all relevant documentation is included.
• Assist in providing project reporting as required.
• Provides HR Support when needed.

 Educational & Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma required. 
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Must have strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel.
