Harris & Bruno International (H&B), a printing equipment and spare parts manufacturer, is seeking a full-time HR Specialist.

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join the HR team of a growing multi-state and international company. Reporting to the HR Director, this position will focus on functions for the U.S. operations but may have opportunities to assist or learn about international HR operations.

Functions:

• Full Cycle Payroll
• Benefits Administration
• Recruiting
• Onboarding
• Compliance
• LOA Administration
• Maintain HRIS System
• Miscellaneous HR Projects/Tasks as Assigned

Education and/or Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in similar HR Function
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• HRIS experience required
• Payroll experience required
• Benefits Administration experience a plus
• Compliance experience a plus
• PHR or Bachelors in HR desired but not required
