Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, retail operations, and sales management.
Duties:
- Oversee and manage the customer service team (cashiers and baggers)to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance customer service skills
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for customer service representatives
- Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively
- Implement strategies to increase sales through excellent customer service
- Maintain an organized and efficient workflow within the customer service department
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, retail math, and sales
- Strong training development skills with the ability to coach and mentor staff
- Proficient in interviewing techniques for hiring customer service representatives
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse customer needs
- Administrative proficiency in managing customer databases and inquiries
- Previous experience in store management or sales management is preferred
