Hands On Wellness is Hiring an Assistant Office Manager Near Ashland, OR

Job Overview:
We are seeking an Assistant Office Manager to join our team.

Duties:
- Assist with back office support functions such as accounts receivables statement preparation, day sheet reconciliation, maintaining spreadsheets
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, follow HIPAA guidelines
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Utilize phone systems to handle incoming and outgoing calls

-Cross train with Office Manager to cover sick days and holidays as needed

Skills:
- Proven experience in office management or a related role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks
- Knowledge of medical or healthcare office management practices is a plus
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
