Supervisor Title: Assistant General Manager; General Manager
Job Summary: Responsible for the overall success of the rooms department of the hotel. They must oversee the housekeeping departing including the laundry department. They must oversee ordering and proper inventory levels of supplies. Ensure guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met. Assist other managers in supervising all areas of the hotel in accordance with brand and company standards to achieve a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality. Provide exemplary performance for staff to follow.
