Experience:
- Proven experience in business development, account management, and outside sales
- Strong technical sales skills with the ability to understand complex products or services
- Previous experience in leadership or management roles is preferred
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM systems
