We are looking for friendly, professional and highly motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment to join our team at our Hampton Inn - Derby, KS. The Night Auditor will be responsible for the overnight shift. Duties include greeting and checking in guests, answering phones, closing out the daily financials in our audit system and other administrative duties.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Greeting and checking guests in/out
• Maintaining a professional appearance at all times
• Checking guest in/out with a positive attitude
• Completing property walks to ensure guest safety
• Managing phones
• Completing paperwork and reports
• Completing the night audit process
• Assisting with other departments as needed such as helping set up breakfast
• Keep lobby and coffee bar areas clean throughout the evening shift
• Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment
• Communicate with housekeeping regarding VIP Arrivals and expediting VR rooms.
• Completing a shift checklist
• Other duties as assigned
• Make and confirm reservations

• Strong phone skills and ability to multi-task

• Computer skills required
• Previous hotel experience a plus (particularly Hilton)
• Customer service skills required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
