Room Attendant

We are looking for a Room Attendant to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our hotel guests. Room Attendant responsibilities require changing out linen, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms in guest rooms. You will be responsible to address guests queries, making sure their rooms are fully stocked & cleaned, and most of all to make sure our guests enjoy their stay.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Change and replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities in line with company guidelines
• Sweep and mop floors
• Vacuum carpets
• Dust furniture
• Restocking complimentary items in room (Example: bath care products, coffee, tea, etc.)
• Restocking and maintaining hotel work carts
• Report technical issues and maintenance needs
• Dispose of waste accordingly
• Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift

We are open to applicants who have minimal experience and also open to applicants who want to work just weekends.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour
