Scope of Work:

Responsible for managing all facets of the housekeeping department and ensuring high levels of guest service and satisfaction. Executive Housekeeper is expected to counsel staff, assist supervisors, housekeepers and housemen on their shift and ensure quality control of the rooms. Responsible for the general administration and operation of the Housekeeping Department (Floors, Public Area), and provides supervision, direction and leadership to ensure friendly, efficient and customer-oriented service in the Housekeeping and Laundry department. The

position requires active management, strong leadership, excellent communication and organization skills as well as commitment to excellence and training skills.

General Duties:

1. Oversees and ensures timely reporting of malfunction equipment or maintenance deficiencies.

2. Maintains good relationships with colleagues and contributes to team spirit.

3. Cooperates and coordinates with colleagues whenever necessary.

4. To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time
