Overview:

Habitat Pest & Lawn, a local provider of comprehensive pest management and lawn/tree care solutions, is actively seeking a motivated and results-driven Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Door-to-Door Sales Rep, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base, promoting our pest control and lawn/tree care services, and contributing to the overall growth of our organization.

Location: Boise, ID

Pay: $500 / week base pay -or- uncapped commission from sales & performance bonuses, whichever is greater.

Responsibilities:

Conduct Door-to-Door Sales:

• Initiate and engage in conversations with potential customers at their residences.
• Present and promote Habitat Pest & Lawn pest management and lawn/tree care services.
• Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our services to prospective clients.

Customer Relationship Building:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing accurate information about our services.

Achieve Sales Targets:

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
• Implement effective sales strategies to maximize customer acquisition.

Stay Informed:

• Stay up-to-date on Habitat Pest & Lawn services, pricing, and industry trends.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge to articulate key selling points.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and feedback.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and progress.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in door-to-door sales, marketing, or a similar role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Results-driven with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

- Knowledge of pest control, lawn care, or tree care services is a plus.

- Ability to adapt to various customer personalities and objections.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Successful completion of criminal background screen.
