Sales Representative in Mountain Home, Idaho

The Inventive-Group is looking for a Sales Representative to join our Sales team that has an unbridled enthusiasm for winning and likes to make money doing it.

We want someone who is excited about getting the most out of life, business, and the people they work with. We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of a small company that is growing its sales every month, without compromising our values and vision of how our company should operate.

We are looking for a Salesperson who really enjoys winning and will find personal satisfaction in seeing our sales grow.

We are looking for an experienced salesperson for the following (4) Brands under Inventive-Group™.

• In The Ditch® Towing Products
• Fish Fighter® Products
• Razorback Offroad™ Products
• Inventive® Products

Job Details :

• Work with customers and our dealers to ensure the highest quality of service.
• Recommend our products and accessories to customers and our dealers.
• Maintain and meet our monthly sales goals.
• Quote prices, credit terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
• Prepare sales orders from online, over the phone, and emailed requests.
• Maintain dealer awareness on new products, current sales, and applicable promotions.
• Seek opportunities to increase sales by locating new dealers.
• Occasionally travel and attend trade shows.
• Working hours are Monday through Friday 8 : 00 am 5 : 00 pm.

Qualifications :

• 3 years' professional experience with sales or marketing.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, and Management is a plus, but not required.
• Have a passion for sales.
• Have the gift of gab.
• Great positive attitude and desire for self-improvement.
• Bring a high level of enthusiasm.
• Be computer literate (Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, & Excel).
• Valid driver’s license.

Physical Requirements

• Occasional standing and walking required along with constant operating of computer and other office equipment.
• Constant communication with customers; must be able to exchange accurate and clear information.
• Occasional movement of objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Constant standing and walking during product demonstrations at shows.
