Position: Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities:
Maintain vendor accounts
Oversee procure to pay
Handle EDI invoice troubleshooting
Review credit memos
Reconcile vendor statements
Respond to vendor inquiries
Ensure prompt resolution of invoice issues
Requirements:
3 years of procure-to-pay experience
Strong computer skills
Attention to detail
BA/BS degree
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
