This is a 1099; 100% Hybrid Remote-Wisconsin Only Position- No Licensing Required

This role requires someone with diverse skills who can handle multiple responsibilities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate should have a service-oriented personality, enjoy taking charge, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

As an Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including administrative tasks, client relations, marketing support, sales support, heavy data entry, and database management.

ADMINISTRATIVE/OFFICE DUTIES:

  • Answering company phone lines and emails from 9am-5pm Monday thru Friday
  • Operate and maintain office equipment-high capacity xerox copiers
  • Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets
  • Uses word processing and presentation software to create and edit documents
  • Performs sorting, distributing, and processing incoming mail
  • Tracking and ordering office supplies
  • Documenting and implementing new processes and procedures
  • Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities
  • Working with sensitive client information and maintaining confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations
  • Processing checks for new and current clients
  • Presenting a positive and professional image for the organization

CLIENT SERVICE

  • Emailing multiple client billings, changes, and renewals
  • Demonstrating accuracy in processing client policy and account changes
  • Verifying coverage and presenting policyholders with proof of insurance paperwork
  • Documenting and handling client complaints, presenting appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the timeframes set, and then following up to ensure that the issue has been resolved

SALES DUTIES:

New Sales Development

  • Conducting new lead research utilizing the internet, and distributing to our appointment-setters
  • Following up on current client mailings to set up appointments for agents
  • Providing accurate sales quote support for our prospective and current clients
  • Working with our underwriting department when necessary to get final approvals
  • Creating final presentations for the agents to close deals

MARKETING SUPPORT

  • Assist with onboarding new clients by emailing and hard-mailing our new client welcomes, then following up to ensure receipt, and answering additional questions
  • Creating and implementing direct mail programs
  • Assisting with current marketing programs to ensure smooth operations and cohesiveness
