Salary: $16.50 - $17.50/hour based on experience

We are currently seeking an energetic and passionate Receptionist

Receptionist Responsibilities include:

Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.

Assist Community Relations Director with completing inquiry packet and taking community inquiries.

Assist the Business Office with new hire paperwork, accounts receivable, and accounts payable as needed.

Monitor and ensure desk and lobby are clean and neat.

Answers incoming telephone calls in a cheerful and marketing-oriented way, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.

Receptionist Education & Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

Previous experience answering telephones and/or in a customer service and/or administrative assistant position preferred.

Experience with operating office equipment including phone systems, emergency call system, monitoring board or beeper, photocopier, and the ability to quickly learn new systems preferred.

Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly Required.

Working knowledge of computers including Excel, Word, and MS Office required.
