- Answer customer calls and respond in a timely manner
- Compile field service estimates, submit for approval, and process
- Open work orders for field technicians and dispatch as needed
- Manage individual field technician’s workload, Work-in-Process (WIP), and utilize the Dispatch Board
- Work with service manager and team to collect information for ongoing jobs
- Process work orders, purchase orders and coordinate with vendors and schedule technicians
- Manage field technicians’ territory boundaries
- Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and pressures
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and comfortable learning new programs
- Mechanical background helpful
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Competitive salary which is commensurate upon experience.
