NIGHTTIME NEWBORN CARE SPECIALIST NEEDED IN PHOENIXVILLE, PA!

About the Family: A family in Phoenixville, PA is seeking a caring and experienced Nighttime Newborn Care Specialist (NBCS) to join their team.

This is a temporary, three-month position with a start date of October 22nd, 2024.

Responsibilities:

• Provide overnight care for one newborn baby boy, including feeding, changing, soothing, and sleep support.
• Implement a sleep schedule using a Snoo bassinet (training provided).Maintain a clean and safe environment for the baby.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding the baby's needs and daily activities.

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience caring for newborns.
• Newborn Care Specialist certification is required.
• Kind, patient, and comfortable working with infants.
• Ability to work independently at night and follow established routines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player who respects parents' preferences while offering informed advice.
• Willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.Authorized to work legally within the USA.

Schedule:

• Night shift, Monday-Friday from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.
• Guaranteed work hours.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate of $45 depending on experience.
• Paid time and a half for working major holidays.
• Unpaid leave with two weeks' notice or option to switch a day.

Living Arrangements:

• Live-in or live-out is possible.
• Private accommodations with a dedicated bathroom and sleeping quarters are available for a live-in candidate (garage apartment).

Additional Information:

• No travel is required.

• Parents will be working from home.
