The Role

A family in South Hampston, NY is searching for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join their family as a Family Coordinator & Nanny. In this role, you will play a vital role in their three sons lives (ages 3, 6, and 8) by providing them with exceptional care, fostering their development, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a stimulating and nurturing environment for the children.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
• Assist with daily routines, including meals, bath time, and bedtime.
• Ensure the children's safety and well-being during all activities.
• Transport children to and from school, appointments, and extracurricular activities (valid driver's license required).
• Manage children's schedules and routines to ensure a healthy balance between learning, play, and rest.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and daily activities.
• Help maintain cleanliness in the children's play areas and bedrooms.
• (Optional) Live-in position available (44 hours/week overtime).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience caring for children of similar age groups.
• Strong understanding of child development.
• Proven ability to manage sibling dynamics and maintain a positive and disciplined environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Creative and energetic, with a passion for creating fun and engaging activities.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable utilizing educational apps and tools.
• Experience with homework help a plus.
• Strong swimming skills required; lifeguard certification is a bonus.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in Greek is highly preferred.

Schedule

• Varied full-time overtime schedule with core hours from 4 PM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Option for live-in (44 hours/week overtime) or live-out (40 hours/week overtime).
