Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Service Dispatcher. As a Service Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the transportation and logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:
- Receive and process service requests from customers
- Coordinate with drivers and technicians to schedule service appointments
- Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) such as SyteLine, Oracle Transportation Management, or similar software to track shipments and optimize routes
- Communicate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to arrange transportation services
- Monitor GPS tracking systems to ensure on-time deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, including data entry into the company database
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of service-related matters

Experience:
- Previous experience in dispatching or logistics is preferred
- Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) such as SyteLine, Oracle Transportation Management, or similar software is a plus
- Proficient in data entry and able to navigate computer systems effectively
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to interact with customers, drivers, and technicians
- Knowledge of freight forwarding processes and logistics terminology is beneficial

Pay: $19.55 - $25.00 per hour
