- Proven experience in roofing sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional commission pay structure,10% commission on sold projects PLUS…
