**Personal Injury Assistant - Full-Time**

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Personal Injury Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a personal injury office and possess strong multitasking abilities. This front-line position requires excellent interpersonal skills as you will be working closely with our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage office calendar and appointments

- Perform data entry and file management

- Draft and prepare correspondence

- Request and follow up on medical records and billing

- Open and organize new client files

- Scan and manage office documents

**Qualifications:**

- Prior experience in a personal injury office preferred

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively

- Enjoy working with people and providing excellent client service

- Bilingual candidates are highly preferred
