Seeking a personable, dependable administrative assistant to join our family of companies offering various services from landscaping to community association management. This talented person will be tasked with all of the basic administrative and light bookkeeping functions of caring for an office and assisting the owners in delivering a fabulous customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Answering phones
Preparing correspondence
Billing
Preparing proposals
Assisting employees
Customer service
Assisting with field schedules
Light bookkeeping
Qualifications:
For ultimate success, candidates should possess the following:
Strong work ethic
Minimum of two (2) years prior administrative work experience
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Organizational skills
Versed in Microsoft
Able to deliver a timely response and not be afraid to learn new things
Able to work with different personalities and think outside the box
Strong follow through
