Team Leader for Landscape Company

Ashem Group is looking for a motivated individual to join our management team! The team member will be trusted with the basic day-to-day responsibilities to ensure the company's successful operations and that the crews are delivering a quality product and customer satisfaction. The Team Leader would like to work in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently or as part of a team and has a passion for making the outdoors a more beautiful place.

$51,000 - $60,000 yearly

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Preparation of monthly crew schedule
• Regular communication with clients
• Site inspections with clients
• Coordinate daily production and enhancement jobs
• Maintain client relationships
• Ensure work is performed to the level of quality required to completely satisfy each customer
• Perform quality inspections of properties
• Perform quality evaluation of properties
• Upsell clients
• Follow through with commitments
• Resolve issues timely
• Identify sales opportunities
• Prepare estimates for maintenance and enhancements
• Enforce safety procedures and policies
• Personnel evaluations, hiring, and firing

• Dependable
• Valid and clean driver's license
• Self-starter
• Good interpersonal skills
• Must have plant identification and operations knowledge, experience in the industry, and closely related responsibilities
• A history of achieving and exceeding goals
• Computer literate and able to learn and retain new software
• Good communication and writing skills and a demonstrated interest in success
• Enjoy working in a busy environment where no task is above or below you
• Positive perspective and good problem-solving skills
• Bi-lingual is a plus but not required
