We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
• Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
• Provide general support to visitors and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
• Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or in a related field are a plus.
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
