**Job Title**: Area Manager / Regional Manager for Restaurant Group

With a portfolio of diverse and vibrant eateries, we are dedicated to culinary excellence, outstanding customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all our guests. We are seeking an experienced Area Manager / Regional Manager to oversee operations in Los Angeles.

**Job Summary**:

As an Area Manager / Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple restaurant locations within a designated geographic region. Your main objective will be to ensure that each restaurant operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining our brand standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. You will lead a team of General Managers and support staff to achieve operational excellence, maximize sales growth, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurants within your assigned region, ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Drive sales growth by implementing regional marketing strategies and providing leadership and support to restaurant management teams.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor operations, evaluate service levels, and provide hands-on support and guidance to restaurant managers and staff.

- Develop and manage the P&L for each restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs to meet or exceed financial objectives.

- Recruit, hire, train, and develop General Managers and support staff, fostering a culture of high performance, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

- Establish and maintain effective communication across all levels of the organization to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

- Analyze regional market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

- Implement and maintain quality assurance programs to uphold brand standards and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Work closely with the corporate team to roll out new initiatives, menu changes, and operational enhancements.

- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive brand image.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.

- A minimum of 5 years of multi-unit management experience in the restaurant industry, with a proven track record of success.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional performance.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

- Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, P&L statements, and cost controls.

- Adaptability and flexibility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency with restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to travel regularly within the region.

- Food Safety Certification and knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
