Beach Front Property Management, Inc. is looking for an experienced On-Site District Manager to join our team. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong customer service in property management and maintenance experience to oversee the daily operations of our property in LOS ANGELES, LONG BEACH & SOUTHBAY, CA.

The District Manager will assist in the monitoring of company policies and procedures related to property management; responsible for training, development, and supervision of Property Managers, and share responsibility for maintaining the physical asset and performance of assigned properties. This position also includes assisting with special projects as needed. Travel is required.

Reports To: Regional Property Supervisors

Position Type: Full-Time

Hours: 40 hours per week

Locations: Los Angeles, Long Beach, South Bay, CA

Pay Rate: $20 to $22 hourly

Requirements

Skills required to complete this job include but are not limited to the following:

• Yardi Voyager experience preferred.
• At least 3 years experience in Property Management.
• With experience in managing more than 100 units
• Strong Customer Service Experience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Strong leasing experience
• Proficient in Word, Excel, outlook, Microsoft Teams
