**District Sales Manager - Dyson** Location **CA - LOS ANGELES** **ActionLink's Retail Leadership Team is growing!** Our new Area Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight and development of a team of Sales Specialists and Field Sales Coaches within an assigned Eastern U.S. territory for one of our leading global consumer product clients. The Area Manager will ensure execution of performance and quality standards as agreed upon by the client and program operations plan. The AM is responsible for establishing and managing all aspects and timelines of operations to meet Key Performance Indicators, working closely with our client and cross-functional teams to ensure successful sales execution. This is a visible and client-facing role, with key responsibilities related to establishing and maintaining strategic and tactical retail execution. **WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?** Represent an innovative global leader in consumer homecare & small appliances The Wage range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000 Annual Salary Range commensurate with experience Diverse Mixture of Remote Work and Travel Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Prescription Insurance Travel Reimbursements Paid Time Off Paid Holidays 401(k) **Position Duties:** Execute against sales program operations plan, mission, and key performance indicators Manage sales performance and development of assigned representatives Function as single point of contact for the client team within the assigned territory Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with clients, team personnel, and management Provide strategic written communication and project oversight for all details within ActionLink management systems Communicate goals and results to Program Director on routine basis Travel around 60% of time to conduct store visits within assigned territory, adhering to the guidelines of ActionLink's Travel and Expense Policies **Position Qualifications:** 3-5 years of sales related experience Supervisory experience leading or training sales teams, ideally within a district territory or multi-unit retail environment Must reside near central territory area Must be willing and able to travel locally by vehicle and nationally by plane Persuasive interpersonal ability to build and foster business relationships at multiple levels, from client interaction to field rep coaching Demonstrated time management and organizational skills Able to work Wednesdays through Sundays _ActionLink is an Equal Opportunity Employer_ _ActionLink, in good faith, believes that this posted range of compensation is the accurate range for this role at the time of this posting.
