Within our bustling 22-operatory office and dynamic call center, you will be the voice that embodies our practice's values and commitment to excellence in every conversation.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Your Role:

• Customer Service Excellence: Charmingly handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and convey information with a warmth that resonates over the phone.
• Administrative Proficiency: Craft correspondence, manage digital records, and support administrative tasks to ensure our office operates seamlessly.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Department Manager to facilitate smooth patient services and contribute to a harmonious team environment.
• Innovative Problem-Solving: Approach challenges with creative solutions and offer unwavering support in resolving patient issues.

We’re Looking For Someone With:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a Dental office role, exuding a friendly and vibrant personality.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in navigating computers, handling multiple phone lines, and using software like G-suite, Asana, Slack, Open Dental, and Zoom (we provide training!).
• Outstanding verbal communication skills, capable of handling difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism.
• Bilingual abilities in Spanish, greatly valued for serving our diverse patient base.
• A talent for multitasking, staying organized, and keeping calm under pressure.
• Attributes: An individual with leadership potential, who is friendly, motivated, energetic, and a collaborative team player.
