Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of IT projects, particularly those requiring deep technical knowledge.
• Work closely with IT developers and engineers to define project requirements, develop timelines, and determine resource allocation.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Manage coordination of the systems/software development team on project progress and deadlines.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Serve as the technical point of contact to clarify project requirements and integrate business and technical objectives.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager with a strong technical background.
• Demonstrated ability to lead software development or system implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages, database systems, and software development life cycle.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.
• Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar.
• Technical expertise specific to the automotive industry’s IT needs.
