Greystone's Special Servicing business is looking for an IT Business Analyst to join the team. The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing current commercial real estate surveillance, special servicing, and underwriting software. This role will also be responsible for facilitating the documentation of business requirements, and collaboratively designing a solution for workflow, usability, and component and data integration. This role will work closely with stakeholders across the business line to ensure the IT systems meet their needs and expectations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from internal clients.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical designs.
• Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and functionality.
• Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and applications.
• Quickly understand existing applications and architecture.

Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• At least 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in the commercial real estate industry is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate processes, terminology, and regulations.
• Experience with other commercial real estate software, such as Situs, Real Insight, Trepp, Yardi, Argus, or CoStar, is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Word Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, or other comparable tools for data analysis and presentation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
