Identify business needs by gathering thorough requirements based on business-submitted requests.
Create user stories and provide detailed acceptance criteria for the system engineer team.
Create and keep business requirement documents up to date by maintaining detailed documentation of requirements, process flows, and use cases.
Collaborate with the product manager or user experience designer to provide visual support/wireframes to enhance usability and experience.
Support and manage change efforts with innovative problem-solving approaches that align with company strategic goals.
Manage stakeholder expectations by recommending process change, technical, and non-technical solutions.
Identify and analyze data to inform business decisions and recommendations.
Lead user acceptance testing sessions and capture business approvals to ensure deliverables meet business needs before monthly release.
Verify all features are successfully deployed during monthly release.
Attend business meetings, sprint ceremonies, and daily stand-ups. If necessary, attend additional technical meetings to clarify or gather additional requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related fields.
Must have excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Must be detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.
Experience analyzing data in variety of formats using Excel and SQL scripts, establishing data relationships, and data visualization is highly desirable.
Proficiency using MS Office Suite is highly desirable.
Excellent planning, organizational, documentation, and time management skills.
Ability to report on important milestones, developments, and projects that affect the business in understandable terms.
1 to 2 years of work or internship experience as a business/data analyst or in a related role is a plus.
Experience collaborating in a distributed team-oriented environment is a plus.
Experience with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle in Azure DevOps or other platforms is a plus.
