We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at AutoNation. In this senior-level role, you will play a pivotal role in providing close support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and the HR leadership team. Your primary responsibility will involve extracting, manipulating, and analyzing HR data to create insightful Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards. These dashboards will enable stakeholders to make data-driven decisions, driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the CHRO and HR leadership team to understand their data needs and requirements.
• Extract, clean, and transform HR data from various sources into actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain robust BI dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Interpret complex data sets and trends to provide meaningful insights that support strategic HR initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on data analysis.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and BI tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience (2-5 years) working as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably in HR analytics.
• Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using Excel and Access.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
